Dylan Thomas Doyle

Rev. Dr. Dylan Thomas Doyle is an AI ethicist, philosopher, and technical designer focused on the development and deployment of more compassionate and humanity-centered AI. A former ordained minister and interfaith hospital chaplain, Dylan connects moral and theological frameworks to help technologists understand the cultural transformations being driven by emerging AI technology. As an industry and academic researcher, Dylan focuses on the intersection between AI, digital legacy, and grief. Dylan holds a PhD. and M.S. in Information Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, a Master of Divinity from Columbia University, and a BA from Sarah Lawrence College. An award-winning podcaster, Dylan is the host of the Radical AI Podcast and the AI-tocracy Podcast. Through speaking, podcasting, and leadership coaching, Dylan aims to serve the public good by charting new courses for us to imagine how culture and emerging technology can co-exist.
