Ben Buchanan

Professor, Johns Hopkins University

Ben Buchanan served in the Biden White House for all four years, including as the White House Special Advisor for AI and on the National Security Council. He is the author of three books on AI, national security, and cybersecurity — including, most recently, The New Fire: War, Peace, and Democracy in the Age of AI. He is currently a professor at Johns Hopkins University.
