London-born, LA-based producer Pippa Lambert is the founder of HELLCAT, a transatlantic production and finance company pioneering innovative approaches to storytelling. With over 20 years in the entertainment industry, she has held senior roles at global companies including Fifth Season, WME, ICM Partners, BRON Studios, and All3Media International—spanning packaging, development, financing, and distribution across television and film.At HELLCAT, Lambert develops and produces a wide-ranging slate of scripted, unscripted, and stage projects, while also exploring emerging tools and models in storytelling, financing, and distribution. Her work includes the feature documentary Gloria Gaynor: I Will Survive (2023), the Grammy-nominated Broadway revival of The Wiz (2024), and the AI-powered hybrid documentary Dion McGregor – He Speaks His Dreams (2025).She began her career in international formats, launching ICM’s UK television office and brokering landmark adaptations such as Iron Chef (Channel 4), Wilfred (FX), and Secrets and Lies (ABC). Lambert holds an Honors Degree in English Literature from Manchester University and an MBA from Warwick Business School.
